Since its inception in 2022, Kuru has meldedmodern hardcore and metal together, with an array of the many subgenres that came about from it. As a band hailing from the northeast, their music started out on a 2 track split with Sacramento, CA hardcore outfit “Disperser” (April 20th, 2022).
