Killer Ape - Instinct to Survive CD

Four of the six songs just seem to have the whole band starting at one time. However, it isn't too quick, these guys just aren't forcing unnecessary filler. The music here is metallic hardcore similar to bands like Merauder or 100 Demons. Vocally, singer Jake has a delivery that sounds like a combination of Bruce LePage of 100 Demons and Aaron Knuckles of Death Threat. While the song structures are very typical of this type of hardcore, Killer Ape manages to make the songs their own without sounding like just another carbon copy hardcore band.
