The Exelar is start-stop hardcore mixing elements of His Hero Is Gone with an early '90s emocore style, emphasized with short bursts of blast beats and abrasive vocals spewing short and to the point political messages. Towers is a sound explosion bursting with feedback & noise. Their sound falls somewhere between Deadguy, Old Man Gloom, and early Isis material.
